Meet Emily
Emily Edison is a recognized expert in the areas of sports nutrition and disordered eating, with over 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer. Edison specializes in nutrition for athletes, wellness, and the management of disordered eating. Her philosophy centers around fueling with whole foods and eating intuitively, empowering people to eat for performance, improve vitality, and develop a positive relationship with food and body.   As the Washington coordinator of the WINForum (Washington Interscholastic Nutrition Forum) Edison is instrumental in providing access to accurate, science-based sport nutrition information for high school coaches, parents and athletes through clinics and on-line.
