The Washington Interscholastic Nutrition Forum (WINforum) is a research based sport nutrition resource for student-athletes, parents, coaches, and professionals in the field of athletics.  Our team of Sports Nutritionists (Registered Dieitians with a specialty in sports nutrition) keep our website stocked with accurate, science based nutrition information and sport nutrition tips, in order to help athletes and coaches reach their full potential on and off the field.  You will also see the WINforum team at your school or in your community dishing out sports performance nutrition tips and tricks. If you would like to bring the WINforum team to your school, go to our Contact Us page and send us a message for more information.

In order to achieve peak performance the WINforum team suggests student-athletes eat a sports focused diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and dairy.  A sports diet combined with training, hydration and rest is the WINNING ticket to sports performance success.

By checking out or joining our team at a WINforum Clinic near you, you have an all-access pass to the latest in sports nutrition and resources such as re-caps of our past events and presentations, nutrition posters for your team, the downloadable WINForum Sports Nutrition Game Plan, and more.
